Soft lines, light volumes, and a welcoming atmosphere define the new project by Fulgini Contract for Residenze da Vinci.

Located in Senigallia, Residenze da Vinci is a new collection of serviced residences overlooking the sea and the beach beyond. Fulgini Contract curated the interior design of two model apartments, conceived to combine comfort, functionality, and a refined contemporary aesthetic.

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed, one or more bedrooms depending on the layout, and generous outdoor spaces designed to extend the living experience beyond the interiors.

The project is defined by a modern, elegant style that blends naturally with its coastal surroundings. Dusty blue accents, neutral hues, and warm natural materials echo the tones of the sea and sand, turning color into a subtle yet distinctive design feature.

The result is a living space where contemporary design meets everyday comfort, creating a balanced atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and inviting.
