The scope of services is defined on a project-by-project basis through specific quotations, proposals, contracts, or purchase orders.
QUOTATIONS
All quotations issued by Fulgini Contract are subject to written confirmation and remain valid only for the period indicated in the quotation itself.
Prices, lead times, specifications, and availability may be subject to revision until final acceptance and confirmation.
ORDERS
An order shall be considered accepted only upon written confirmation by Fulgini Contract and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Any modifications requested after order confirmation may affect pricing, lead times, and technical specifications.
PAYMENTS
Payment terms are specified in the relevant quotation, contract, proforma invoice, or order confirmation.
Failure to comply with agreed payment terms may result in suspension of services, production, deliveries, warranties, or other contractual obligations until outstanding amounts are settled.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Production and delivery schedules are estimated based on information available at the time of quotation.
Lead times may be affected by factors outside the reasonable control of Fulgini Contract, including but not limited to client approvals, design revisions, material availability, transportation constraints, customs procedures, force majeure events, or third-party delays.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
As most products supplied by Fulgini Contract are custom-made or produced specifically for individual projects, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be possible once production has commenced.
Any such request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
LIABILITY
Fulgini Contract shall perform its services with reasonable professional care and diligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fulgini Contract shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All drawings, concepts, renderings, technical documents, specifications, and project-related materials produced by Fulgini Contract remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PRIVACY

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
