Fulgini Contract developed the interior design concept for this residential complex comprising 38 residences, conceived as long-stay apartments.
The project features a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments, thoughtfully designed to combine functionality with refined aesthetics. Each residence includes a fully equipped open-plan living area with an integrated kitchen, enhanced by expansive glazed surfaces that flood the interiors with natural light and create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The interiors embrace a contemporary classic style, where elegance, comfort, and timeless sophistication coexist in perfect harmony. Carefully selected materials, premium finishes, and bespoke furnishings define warm and welcoming environments, offering a distinctive living experience tailored to modern long-term living.

This interior design concept harmoniously blends neo-classical architectural elements with modern luxury. The project is defined by the use of natural materials and warm, enveloping colors, where refined paneling and decorative frames serve as a timeless backdrop.
The space is completed by upholstered furniture featuring classic silhouettes, providing both comfort and character. Carefully selected brass details embellish the room, adding a subtle, polished glow to the ambient lighting.
