Fulgini Contract was commissioned to design and deliver the interiors of 77 studio apartments located in the heart of New York’s Financial District.
Our team of architects developed the interior design for this hospitality project, conceived as a collection of contemporary serviced apartments for short-term stays, combining comfort, functionality, and refined aesthetics.
The ground floor is dedicated to the lobby, while the upper levels, from the second to the twelfth floor, accommodate 77 studio apartments of varying layouts and sizes.
The project reinterprets contemporary urban living through flexible, welcoming, and highly functional spaces tailored to the needs of today’s travellers.
Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed, and one or more bedrooms, depending on the unit type.
The interiors are defined by a sophisticated interplay of contrasts, where warm and cool tones are balanced with natural wood finishes and refined metallic details, creating elegant spaces with a contemporary character.
