Located in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, Lusso Boutique Hotel is a hospitality project where Fulgini Contract was responsible for the interior design, technical development, and supply of bespoke furnishings for the guestrooms and public areas.
The boutique hotel spans over three floors and comprises 37 guestrooms, including 3 Deluxe Rooms and 1 Luxury Deluxe Suite. Its interiors express a refined contemporary aesthetic, where understated elegance meets carefully crafted detailing.
A sophisticated palette of soft neutral tones is paired with rich wood panelling and champagne-finish metal accents, creating warm, inviting, and timeless spaces. Carefully considered details—such as the contrasting stitching of the upholstered headboards, leather-clad furniture elements, and elegant brass profiles—give each room a distinctive identity while maintaining a cohesive design language throughout the property.
The lobby reflects the same refined aesthetic, combining natural materials and porcelain stoneware surfaces to create a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere for guests
Fulgini Contract oversaw every phase of the project, from concept development and material selection to the creation of the mock-up room, executive technical design, bespoke furniture production, on-site coordination, and final installation, ensuring consistency and quality at every stage.
