Beach Rotana Residences  is a contemporary hotel apartment property with a sought-after location in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Part of the iconic Beach Rotana Complex and just a short stroll from Abu Dhabi Mall, it provides the best of the capital’s entertainment.

The property consists of 314 sea-view apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. Designed for both business and leisure customers, each apartment provides spacious living areas complete with fully equipped kitchens, comfortable workspaces and outdoor terraces.

Fulgini Contract’s involvement, as an interior consultant, encompassed both the apartments and the hotel lobby. They were responsible for the project’s industrialization in collaboration with the Main Contractor, Gruppo SPAR.
