Beach Rotana Residences is a contemporary hotel apartment development located in a prime position in the heart of Abu Dhabi. The residence comprises 314 sea-view apartments, ranging from studios to two- and three-bedroom units. Designed to accommodate both business and leisure travellers, each apartment features spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens, dedicated workspaces, and private outdoor terraces.
Fulgini Contract’s involvement as interior consultant covered both the apartments and the hotel lobby. In collaboration with the Main Contractor, Gruppo SPAR, Fulgini Contract managed the project industrialisation process, supporting the technical development and production coordination of the bespoke interior solutions.
