Fulgini Contract completed a turnkey project comprising 24 apartments on the promenade of the tourist resort of Budva, Montenegro.

We worked on:
●  Architectural design;
●  Mood board development, including the choice of materials and tailored finishes;
●  Interior design support for standard apartments and two penthouses;
●  Determining the bill of quantity in line with the customer budget;
●  Carrying out site surveys;
●  Executive drawings and production;
●  Logistics and transport;
●  Assembly assistance, managed by a specialised team.

The main items supplied were: bespoke furnishings, bedrooms and related accessories, living rooms, kitchens and related accessories (such as plates, glasses, pans, utensils, etc.), bathroom and bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, blankets etc).
