Fulgini Contract was in charge of the interior design from concept to delivery of the turnkey project.

Located in the booming area of the Sudanese capital, Nabta is a hotel designed as long-stay apartments combining comfort and design to offer its clientele a welcoming space during business stays.

Fulgini Contract collaborated for this project with its partner in Sudan, based in Khartoum, to design the interior of the hotel spread over 7 floors. The ground floor was dedicated to the lobby and restaurant, while the first to seventh floors to the 46 units, including 36 apartments and 10 studios.

The apartments are characterized by light colors and warm materials, in harmony with the bright hues of the upholstery and the eye-catching wallpaper.

Fulgini Contract handled the interior design, starting from the development of the concept, through the selection of materials and finishes, manufacturing of furniture and drafting of the executive technical drawings. The team was also in charge of site management and furniture assembly.

The supply included the following items:

• Custom-made furnishings for all rooms, from furniture and upholstery to accessories and lighting
• Bar and reception counter
• Wall coverings.
