Fulgini Contract was responsible for the interior design and turnkey delivery of the project, overseeing every stage from concept development to final installation.
Located in the rapidly growing district of Khartoum, Sudan, Nabta Hotel was conceived as a collection of serviced apartments designed for extended business stays, combining contemporary aesthetics with the comfort and functionality of a home.
Developed in collaboration with Fulgini Contract’s local partner in Khartoum, the project encompasses seven floors. The ground level accommodates the lobby and restaurant, while the upper floors house 46 accommodation units, including 36 apartments and 10 studios.
The interiors are defined by a palette of soft neutral tones, warm natural materials, vibrant upholstered elements, and distinctive wallpaper, creating welcoming spaces with a refined residential character.
Fulgini Contract managed every phase of the project, including concept design, material and finish selection, executive technical development, custom furniture manufacturing, site coordination, and final installation, ensuring consistency between the design vision and its execution.
