A classic villa in the heart of Baden Baden.

The interior design of this private villa went hand in hand with the completion of site work. Coordination between our architects and the client allowed us to work on many architectural details, which then matched the classic style of the furniture provided.

The proposals focused on custom woodwork, bathroom wall and floors, custom kitchens, and lighting in the main rooms.

For the living room, the client requested a wooden, coffered ceiling, which was designed with respect for the irregular geometry of the room, without losing sight of the rhythmic succession of solids and voids. With the same attention to detail, the custom-made doors and cabinets were designed and created, in continuity with the elements of the paneling and maintaining a consistency in the choice of woods.

The kitchen in this villa is an example of how well design can be adapted to an existing space. The furniture, top, and appliances are on three sides of the room (an irregular pentagon). The choices of colors and golden finishes bring unity to the modules, and the marble floor embellishes the room and elegantly echoes the design.

Fulgini Contract’s team also ventured into the design of the villa’s bathrooms, in one case proposing a ceramic wall covering with a haute couture touch that continued inside the shower. In the other, both the floor and walls are covered with marble, and numerous mirrors make the space luxurious and bright.

To complete the set of custom elements, the client requested a series of glass crystal chandeliers hanging from Murano glass arms to illuminate and enrich the villa. In particular, the staircase void accommodates a four-tiered chandelier that was designed specifically for this villa.
