From our concept to complete turn-key project

The private client has commissioned our company to manage the project as a general contractor for a restaurant in Saudi Arabia, located in Al-Khobar city in AL RASHID MALL.

Thanks to our team of architects, an interior design project was developed for the restaurant with a purely Italian style, starting from the name itself: IL FORNO RISTORANTE.

Fulgini Contract then engineered the project, optimizing costs and times thanks to the choice of suitable materials and suppliers from our district.

Finally, our team went to the construction site to carry out accurate surveys and subsequently managed the logistics and installation using a specialized internal team.

In agreement with the customer, the success of the restaurant’s start-up was guaranteed by sending an Italian chef to create a menu with local products and train the local workers.
