Fulgini Contract has been commissioned to design and construct 77 studio apartments in the heart of the Financial District of New York.

Our team of architects was responsible for the interior design of this property conceived as a complex of modern apartments intended for short stays in New York.

The ground floor is dedicated to the lobby, while the second to twelfth floors consist of 77 studio apartments of different types and sizes.

Fulgini Contract has reinterpreted the space fruition in a modern, functional, and welcoming way.

Each apartment has a kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed, and one or more bedrooms depending on the type.

The spaces stand out with a play of contrasts, where warm and cold colours alternate, along with natural wood tones and metallic elements.
