Fulgini Contract, in collaboration with its partner, developed the interior design concept and delivered the complete furnishing package for a contemporary student residence, overseeing both common areas and private rooms.
The project includes 20 student rooms, divided into single and double accommodations, each carefully designed and furnished with bespoke solutions including wardrobes, bedside tables, beds, desks, and seating elements. The ground floor was conceived as a shared living area dedicated to social interaction, featuring communal dining spaces equipped with kitchens, tables, and chairs to encourage a sense of community and conviviality among residents.
Fulgini Contract managed the supply and installation of fixed furniture, upholstered elements, decorative lighting, curtains, and rugs, ensuring a seamless execution from concept development to final assembly.
The design concept is based on a contemporary and minimalist approach, combining a neutral colour palette with natural materials to create warm, functional, and timeless interiors. Subtle colour accents enrich the common areas, while the rooms were intentionally designed as flexible spaces, ready to be personalized by each student.
