Following the successful completion of the first student residence, Fulgini Contract was entrusted with a second project: the design and fit-out of a new student residence in Ferrara, further confirming the client’s confidence in our integrated design and delivery approach.
The project spans five floors and includes 20 student rooms, comprising both single and double accommodations. Each level was conceived as a self-contained living environment, featuring a dedicated shared kitchen to encourage social interaction while optimizing the functionality of communal spaces.
The interior concept is defined by a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic, combining a neutral colour palette with natural materials. Distinctive petrol blue accents, featured in the kitchens, wardrobes, and selected furniture elements, add character and identity to the interiors while preserving a warm, functional atmosphere designed to be personalized by each student.
Fulgini Contract managed every stage of the project, from the supply of fixed furniture, upholstered elements, decorative lighting, curtains, and rugs to the final installation and on-site assembly, ensuring a seamless and fully integrated project delivery.
