A modern villa in the heart of Ethiopia. Fulgini Contract developed the interior design and turnkey supply.

Surrounded by greenery, this villa stands out for its distinctly modern character and interior architecture, perfectly blended within the surrounding landscape.

Our team of architects designed the interior of the villa entirely. An initial concept was developed, then the selection of materials and finishes, and finally the technical drawings for the furnishings and the patterns for floors and walls.

The villa is on two levels. The upper floor, located at street level, includes a large open space with an open kitchen and living room. On the same level is the sleeping area, dedicated to the family, with three bedrooms. On the lower floor are guest rooms and an open space that includes a bar area and a relaxation area.

The project is characterized by the use of neutral and warm colors, as well as soft, enveloping shapes contrasted with metal featuring modern finishes. The sculptural surfaces placed as cladding embellish the whole. Large windows make the interior merge with the outdoors, where the terrace becomes a living space and the visual continuity is accentuated by the parquet flooring and furnishings.
