Fulgini Contract developed the interior design and turnkey supply.

The villa is spread over three levels – ground floor, first floor and penthouse – totaling about 1,000 square meters, created with double-height volumes and large rooms that follow each other.

Refinement and elegance are the principles that inspired our architects in designing the interior.

The villa’s spaces are thus imbued with style, luxury, and meticulous attention to detail. In the project, uniquely designed furniture blends harmoniously through a color palette of neutral tones, giving each room a timeless elegance. Fine materials, fabrics, and finishes embellish the whole.

Fulgini Contract was in charge of the design, during which constant conversations with the client and local workers enabled it to optimize the assembly and supply of the entire villa.

Special mention should be made of the custom furnishings, including the walk-in closets and kitchen, designed to best meet the needs of our customers.
